After 30 years managing all banking divisions, operations, service quality excellence, business analysis, regulatory coordination & affairs, collaborating closely with insight CBE investigators, developing SOPs guide, financial management & reconciliation, risk assessment, and control, I am excited to begin a new chapter in my professional journey.

During my career, I had the privilege of managing areas at CIB – Commercial International Bank – as Area Operations and Quality Service Head for 6 years, where I managed large operational teams, enhanced service excellence, and implemented sustainable control frameworks.

I earned my Master’s in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in 2011, and since 2017, I have been a Certified Trainer by the Egyptian Banking Institute of the Central Bank of Egypt. These milestones shaped my passion for consultancy and professional training.

That is why, through LOGOS Prime, I decided to share my 30+ years of practical experience—enriched with academic study and research—with individuals and organizations, by providing consultancy, training, and professional development.
